Joe, I enjoyed your photos of Bodie very much. Its interesting to compare them to photos I've taken and seen of the Kolmanskop ghost town in Namibia. The artificats in your photos - canned goods, lamps, etc. - give the photos a sense that people actually were there. Kolmanskop is just empty rooms and sand - it has no soul. Do you know if Bodie is actually as people left it, or were the rooms "staged" for tourist purposes?
